securely fromoff-site locations.
The ability to access a customer’s transactionhistory, look
up current financial products, provide customised proposals and
complete routine business processeswhenworking off-sitewill allow
employees to spendmore timewith customers and reduce the need
to travel back to the office.
Each Fujitsu tablet has been customisedwith an embedded palm-
vein authentication sensor and canonly be used by the personwhose
biometric data has been registered touse the device. Data flowing
between the tablets and each bank’s
internal system is encrypted, and
connection to the virtual
desktop is via a private
network rather than
the Internet.
