26 01732 759725 UK with the help of our partner Brigantia. TR: What are your personal highlights of the last 12 months? MD: I’ve been so happy to watch Keeper’s continued growth in the MSP and Channel markets; it gives me so much pride to watch our teams embrace Channel and see the incredible value Channel brings to sales organisations. And the people on my teams at Keeper are incredible. Watching them grow as professionals and as human beings has been so satisfying. I also published my first book this year, which was a real labour of love. 33 Ways to Not Screw Up Being a Woman in Tech is available on Amazon and will soon be Audible! Women in tech is big passion of mine, and I love being able to mentor and coach younger women coming into the Channel and MSP space. I also volunteer at an equestrian therapy centre outside Chicago, which is always a great way for me to check my priorities and be grateful for the life I’ve built. TR: What currently is having the greatest impact on your business? MD: It’s no surprise to me, but some of the biggest impact comes from our Channel and MSP community. Our partners are the trusted advisors to end customers, so they bring a ton of value to Keeper. TR: What should MSPs and resellers be looking to capitalise on in the next few years? MD: Cybersecurity!!! Get ahead of it, have a strategy to recommend, and make sure you help to execute it. Ransomware and phishing attacks are only going to get worse: don’t let any of your customers be a victim. TR: Can we expect anything new from Keeper in 2024? MD: One thing about Keeper, we ALWAYS have new things on the road map. And we especially appreciate feedback and suggestions from our MSP community! TR: What do you see as the next big opportunity for resellers? MD: We saw the rise of UCaaS and CCaaS, and it definitely feels like the largest technology initiative now is cybersecurity. Cyber security can be overwhelming, but Keeper can help our resellers to be knowledgeable and reliable experts for their customers. Because of our zeroknowledge, zero-trust architecture, we are the go-to solution for MSPs globally. This past year we’ve continued to grow in the What’s the best bit of business advice you’ve ever been given? ‘Focus on your people. If you have the right teams and trust your people, the numbers will take care of themselves.’ Have you ever had any embarrassing moments at work? Constantly!! I have no poker face, so I often get screenshotted by my teams when making a face or trying not to laugh at something on virtual meetings! What are the most common passwords? Password123. DO NOT DO THIS! And don’t use your name or your pet’s name. Wayyyyyy too easy to guess! There’s a reason 74% of breaches are caused by the human element, and it’s mainly people’s choice of password. Pro tip: Use a Password Manager (Keeper) to keep track of your passwords FOR YOU! What is your favourite quote and why? ‘For what it’s worth, it’s never too late to be whoever you want to be. I hope you have a life you’re proud of, and if you find that you’re not, I hope you have the strength to start over.’ F Scott Fitzgerald. I don’t believe your life begins or ends at specific ages, your 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s etc.. I believe you can always change and improve, no matter what. You just have to have the strength to do it. What’s on your playlist at the moment? A LOT of Taylor Swift, The 1975, and Phoebe Bridgers. How do you like to spend your spare time and unwind? I love to travel, read and horseback ride. I’m also a foodie and I love a good Bordeaux pairing! 60 seconds 60 seconds with...
