on their printing costs and help improve
printing productivity.
This month our suggestions focus on the way
productivity can be improved by utiilsing a few
handy facilities that you may not know exist on
printers and MFPs.

Imagine how much of an impact you can make, on your
staff and customers, by creating and producing your
own colourful 1.2 metre length banners in-house.
TOP TIP:
Imagine no more because it’s really easy and a
standard feature on the Olivetti range of A3 full
colour MFPs. Set up a banner, in something like
MicroSoft Powerpoint, the paper is available from
your Olivetti ‘Best for Colour’ Dealer and the rest
is down to you and your imagination.
Are you or your staff or colleagues among the growing
number of “mobile employees” who move around,
within the company’s office buildings or branches?
TOP TIP:
Olivetti’s range offers an option to allow the
sending of e-mails directly to an MFP for printing.
This is great when you need to print photos from
mobile devices such as phones and tablets when
away from the office.
