Taking pico projection to the next level, MicroVision
demonstrated focus-free touch interactive and 3D display
applications for pico projectors. The PicoMagic Touch
Interactive and 3D display applications powered by
MicroVision’s new PicoP Gen 2 HD laser display engine
are designed to provide a more immersive experience and
enable users to interact with projected images by touch.
The applications are due to be made available to OEM
customers in late 2012.

Victorinox Swiss Army raised the bar in
USB Flash memory sticks – and added
to fears over the security risks presented
by such devices – with the launch of
a Swiss Army knife with a whopping
1TB of storage, the equivalent of 220
million pages of text, almost two years’
of uninterrupted music or 330,000 3MB
photos. The Victorinox SSD solid state
drive comes with two swappable knife
bodies – a traditional Swiss Army Knife
with blade, scissors and nail file/screw
driver and a flight-friendly version.
Universal appeal
Toshiba’s new dynadock universal USB 3.0 docking
station gives notebook users access to full-size displays,
keyboards, external storage, printers, scanners and
other peripherals with the convenience of single cable
docking. The dynadock U3.0 has two USB 2.0 ports and
four USB 3.0 ports offering SuperSpeed data transfer,
plus a Gigabit Ethernet connection. Two of the front
ports have USB Sleep & Charge technology that lets
users charge a smartphone or MP3 player while the
laptop is powered down, sleeping or undocked.With a
Full HD digital video card, users can connect up to two
external HD displays to the docking station for dual-
screen working.

publications. Combining the best

multi-touch tablet, the IdeaPad Yoga
has a distinctive 360 degree flip-and-

a notebook, tablet, stand or tent. It is
due to be launched in the second half of
