Technology Reseller awards 2024 technologyreseller.co.uk 35 A winning culture We’ve been running the Technology Reseller Awards for a few years now and it’s interesting to see the types of business that submit entries. They are a pretty varied bunch, as you would expect, given the breadth of the award categories. They can be from any sector, be of any size, be long established businesses or digital natives. It doesn’t matter; everyone has an equal chance of winning. What we have noticed is that businesses that enter the awards tend to be proactive about, and recognise the value of, setting goals and rewarding success. For many, entering awards is part of this process, an important milestone in a company’s progression – I’m thinking of Redsquid, which won the Technology Reseller Award for SMB Reseller/MSP of the Year in 2022 and has now become B Corp certified (see page 20) or Kingsfield, winner of the Corporate Reseller of the Year category in 2023 (see box). For others, entering awards can be a catalyst for a more goals-focused corporate culture. Whichever camp you fall into, there is still time to enter the 2024 Technology Reseller Awards, but don’t delay.
