01732 759725 34 Technology Reseller awards 2024 Something for everyone There are a total of 30 awards with separate categories for Vendors, Resellers/MSPs/SIs and Distributors, plus awards for Individual Achievement, products and solutions and half a dozen special Technology Reseller Awards. You can see the full list on the awards website. The important point is that there will be at least one award and probably more that you can enter. Winners are selected by the independent judging panel, with the exception of the Distributor award categories which are decided by vote. These don’t require an entry to be submitted. Instead, we encourage distributors interested in winning to ask their customers to vote for them online before the later deadline of April 26. The awards are free to enter, not overly long (a maximum of 800 words) and the online entry form makes the whole process easy. There are clear instructions on what’s required at www.technologyresellerawards.co.uk. This includes a description of what the judges will be looking for. Feedback we have received is that people find this helpful when compiling an entry, although some worry that they don’t have information on everything. Let me reassure that the entry criteria are for guidance only; no one is expecting chapter and verse on every detail. Celebrate your achievements The awards are a great way for businesses to celebrate their achievements over the last 12 months and to recognise the contribution of employees. Winning and even being shortlisted can raise awareness of a company’s products and capabilities in the wider ICT community, while the awards ceremony itself (not mandatory, even for winners) is an opportunity to mix with peers and colleagues in the industry.
