[email protected] COMMENT 03 Happy New Year. Everyone will fervently be hoping for one, but will 2021 be any better than the last 12 months? It has to be, surely. Mind you, after the year we’ve just had, who could say so with any conviction. Luckily, the IT industry is full of brave or fool-hardy souls who like nothing more than a spot of crystal ball-gazing at this time of year and, starting on page 24, we publish some of their predictions for 2021. Many of them seem like a re-run of 2021, just with a bit more planning. For some MSPs that won’t be a bad thing. The Datto Business Briefing on page 12 and 13 highlights the extent to which MSPs have weathered the disruption wrought by COVID-19, with some MSPs surveyed actually revising growth forecasts upwards because of the pandemic. For those who need it, the piece includes useful advice on how to become a high growth MSP. Technology Reseller has faced its fair share of challenges, successes and disappointments this year – the big one being repeated postponements of our Technology Live event at the Business Design Centre. Undeterred, we are now planning to run it in 2021, so keep your eyes peeled for more information in the months ahead.
