The acquisition, which comes nearly three years after Oncore IT was itself acquired by US managed service and cloud solutions provider Ergos, will enable London-based Oncore IT to match the unified communications capability of Ergos in the US. InTec, which specialises in cloud solutions, Office365, IT support and CRM platforms, acquired its first business, Hale Communications (Europe), in 2018 with finance from the Northern Powerhouse Fund. Using its new £4 million loan facility, it has already bought Vision Corporate Services and is planning to make further acquisitions in the future. InTec Chairman Simon Howitt said: “We have two new partnership deals that are due to complete this summer, and this funding puts us in a great position to further grow our network of telecom resellers and IT providers through our ambitious acquisition strategy.
