Time for VARs and MSPs to tackle whitespace gaps, says Boost Boost Technology Group has launched a new service to help VARs and MSPs identify products or services in their portfolios that have not yet been sold to an existing customer – so called whitespace. Its Triple P Analysis service will assess how People, Processes and Proposition are aiding or hindering growth potential and identify whitespace gaps that an MSP or VAR can exploit to fast track profit and growth. Boost Managing Director Darren Spence points out that as it costs five times more to acquire new customers than to retain existing ones, selling into the whitespace gap makes good business sense. He said: “Many people in the tech industry talk about whitespace, but few are really harnessing its full potential. It is much less expensive to sell something to an existing customer than a new one, and our offerings include a full triple-p analysis to help VARs and MSPs address their whitespace effectively and a sales training game to help sales and marketing teams maximise whitespace profitable revenues.” www.boost-technology.co.uk/whitespace Learn all about AI Microsoft has partnered with global business school INSEAD and established a free online business school where executives can learn about artificial intelligence (AI) and its implications for business strategy, corporate culture and business ethics. The course currently consists of a series of 10-minute lectures and videos, including 10 case studies, five academic lectures, five practical guides, 15 executive perspective videos and seven technology talks. New content will be added as AI evolves. No registration is required and content can be accessed on demand via mobile devices or desktop PCs. www.microsoft.com Fourth acquisition for Asolvi Asolvi, a provider of service management software for small and medium-sized enterprises in the European field service industry, has acquired UK service management software provider Vantage Computing.
