Combined speed and flexibility in
our compact mono A4 MFPs
As well as its colour MFPS, Olivetti is
launching a range of fast, yet compact mono
A4 MFPs, with speeds ranging from 40ppm
to 60ppm and with the ability to handle up
to 2,600 sheets through 4 optional additional
paper cassettes. The 50ppm d-Copia 5004MF
and 60ppm d-Copia 6004MF will be the first
to appear in this range.
Their new 7 inch colour touch panels can
be tilted up to 20
o
, feature a handy ‘Home’
button, can be customised and support IC
Card key authentication. The models all
support direct printing from a USB stick and
also support AirPrint
TM
through the network
interface.
What is more they have been designed with
long-life consumables and parts low TEC
values, reduced CO
2
and noise emissions.
Like other new models these feature a
password protected Command Center, to lock
the control panel and its sub-menus. They
can be programmed to control and limit user
access and provide an Interface Block function
to prevent the unauthorised use of direct
printing via USB sticks.
Desktop printers with attitude
Olivetti enhanced its range of desktop printers
by launching no less than 5 new colour and
mono A4 models, specifically designed to
improve user productivity and reduce energy
usage. Among the fleet are a 35 ppm mono
trio, giving users the choice between an entry
level model, the PG L2235, optional extras on
the PG L2335 and the delivered-as-standard
features of the PG L2435.
The 26ppm d-Color P2126 delivers 512MB
RAM, for superior performance, a standard
Gigabit network interface and optional WLAN
with optional AirPrint® protocol compatibility.
Meanwhile, offering a compact and
lightweight solution to business colour
printing, the Olivetti d-Color P3100 printer
delivers up to 31 pages per minute and
is delivered with standard duplex. With
low fusing temperatures and long-life
consumables, the TEC (Typical Energy
Consumption) on the d-Color P3100 is just
2.1KW/h per week.
Olivetti’s d-Color MFPs offer many power
saving modes to reduce the energy
consumption. For instance, the Control Panel
is not activated when printing, the fusing
unit is not activated when scanning and a
new Power Save Mode uses just 0.5 Watts
ensuring compliance with the European ErP
Directive.
Ensuring greater security for A4
colour MFPs
The d-Color MF3300 and d-Color MF3800
colour office MFP systems, with optional fax
functions deliver superior performance levels
in a surprisingly compact device at a speed
of 33ppm and 38ppm, in colour and mono,
respectively.
As well as offering extensive scanning
capabilities to email, FTP, SMB and WebDAV
and scanning directly to the hard disk and
USB, these devices guarantee state-of-the-art
security. The hard disk can be overwritten and
data can be encrypted which provides added
protection against improper use. Network
security is also guaranteed by utilising the
latest IPsec, IP filtering and IPP over SSL
protocols and client authentication.
