He is charged with overseeing a 40% increase in research and development investment in 2022. Opitz’s responsibilities include leading the strategy, development and execution of the company’s product and innovation efforts based in Europe and the US, solidifying the company’s commitment to continuous enhancement of its intelligent document processing platform Vantage and process intelligence solution Timeline. In this role, Sanfilippo will lead efforts to support the brand's ongoing market dominance and further develop the company’s position as the definitive graph analytics platform for AI. The company has also announced two key promotions. After leading the America’s sales team, Bobby DeMartino has been promoted to SVP of Worldwide Sales, responsible for all new revenue and partners in the Americas, Asia Pacific, India, China, and EMEA and Tish Looper has been promoted to VP of Customer Success. Vishal Chhatralia who joined Exertis in 2019, focusing his efforts on developing digital capabilities within Exertis UK, will move into a global role, driving digital transformation across Exertis International. In his new role, Chhatralia will take these capabilities and accelerate the digital journey of the Exertis Group internationally, while also taking on responsibility for Exertis’ own brand portfolio and global vendor account management. He will report into Tim Griffin, Managing Director of DCC Technology. Exertis UK has also announced structural changes. Phill Turner, Global Head of Voice of the Customer, is moving into the position of Chief Experience Officer, reporting to Paul Bryan, Managing Director of Exertis UK. The newly created role is responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience across all stages and touchpoints in the customer journey, helping the business continually achieve greater customer satisfaction and increased efficiencies. Following the recent rebrand, GoTo also announced the new GoTo Partner Network, which Day will now lead in his new role. The enhanced programme includes a greater global focus and more ways for the growing ecosystem of partners to bring in more customers and increase revenue. Rankine re-joins the business following a spell as a freelance IT consultant to take on a newly created role – Managed Service Specialist – which sees him have overall responsibility for all managed services activities within the organisation, providing technical expertise to prepare value-add innovation for new and existing platforms, and overseeing complex migrations solutions for Workflo’s 1,000-strong UK-wide client base.
