As with every Navigate event, the 2018 edition’s comprehensive programme will feature goal-focused content and collaborative networking opportunities aimed at not only helping Continuum’s partners succeed with the company’s platform, but to increase their own growth and achieve their business goals. This year, Navigate 2018 will welcome 800 IT service providers and feature a jam-packed agenda that will place an emphasis on education and business success by offering MSPs the opportunity to network, learn industry best practices and gain product insight. Breakout session tracks Attendees will have the ability to choose between four engaging breakout session tracks including Continuum Solutions and Products, Business Development and Growth, Sales and Marketing, and Industry Outlook and Emerging Trends. “The panels and the breakout sessions are really valuable because they're put on by people that aren’t necessarily trying to sell you something,” said Tim Lasonde, President of NSK Inc. and past Navigate attendee. “They’re people that are in the same business I am in, and they have the same challenges and the same concerns and needs that I do.” At the Grow Your Business Hub, one of the most popular attractions at Navigate, MSPs will receive hands-on marketing Continuum’s annual user conference, Navigate 2018 taking place September 24 to 27 in Continuum’s home city of Boston was set be the best one yet Discover Navigate 2018 support and consultations directly from members of Continuum’s marketing team. Keynote speakers Attendees are bound to learn from and be inspired by Navigate 2018’s line up of prominent keynote speakers including Ed Davis, best known for his leadership and service as Boston Police Commissioner, particularly as he led the department through the investigation and aftermath of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing. During his Navigate 2018 keynote address, Davis will focus on lessons he has learned from 30 years of managing crisis and how it translates to the cyber threat – at a time of growing concern of cybercrime for businesses. Best known for her role as a Shark on ABC’s four-time Emmy award-winning show, Shark Tank, Barbara Corcoran will also be presenting a keynote address that will inspire attendees to build a leading brand, based on learnings on how she turned a $1,000 loan into a five-billion- dollar business by learning to fail well. Following her keynote, Corcoran will join Continuum CEO, Michael George and Webroot CEO Mike Potts, as a panelist for an interactive competition titled MSP Shark Tank. During the competition, partners will get the chance to pitch their cyber security marketing ideas, with the winner receiving $15,000 in co-marketing funds from Continuum to promote their managed security services offering. Partner showcase Also, attendees won’t want to miss the chance to experience Continuum’s Cyber-Attack Simulator – the first of its kind at Navigate. Located in the Partner Showcase, this hands-on experience will pair attendees with Continuum’s Security Operation Center (SOC) experts to detect and respond to a simulated cyber-attack. If attendees are technicians, the simulation will allow them to work under the guidance of Continuum’s SOC experts to use advanced security tools, like SIEM and Endpoint Detection and Response systems, to discover the attack, attempt to stop it, and take corrective action. Meanwhile, business owner attendees will gain first hand exposure to the lifecycle of an attack while sitting with the attacker to better understand their mentality and the steps they take to access a client’s environments. “Five years ago, we founded Navigate on our commitment to empower IT service providers to drive new business and become the most profitable in the industry,” said Michael George, CEO at Continuum. “Today, the success of Navigate as a milestone event in the MSP calendar reflects how we’re delivering on that commitment. Our partners are taking the lead in achieving greater profitability and building better businesses as a result of the knowledge and support we’re able to offer them at Navigate and throughout the year.” www.continuum.net Attendees won’t want to miss the chance to experience Continuum’s Cyber-Attack Simulator – the first of its kind at Navigate
