The bulk of its business to date has been in the compatible aftermarket, however Dodge said that the OEM business in Germany is significantly bigger and that Parsia is looking to emulate this success in the UK. “In a competitive marketplace, we needed to expand our range of products and services. Quality counts The compatible aftermarket has attracted some negativity largely due to counterfeit cartridges from China entering the UK market. For our channel customers this provides them with the assurance that our modified original products provide a lower cost, highly efficient alternative to OEM products and come with the same warranty as an OEM-equivalent,” Dodge stated. Easy to do business with Parsia has built up a strong customer base in the UK and currently supplies around 300 active dealers with original and OEM-equivalent toners and spare parts, the latter delivering up to 40 per cent savings. 95 per cent of products in stock can be delivered next-day. “One of the advantages of joining THS was the investment it made in systems and machines. “We can now print bespoke labelling on all products and deliver directly to our customers’ end-user clients with both the packaging and delivery notes carrying the dealers’ logo,” Dodge explained.
