AUSTIN, TEXAS Last month, cloud ISV directprint.io exhibited at the 2024 TCEA (Texas Computer Education Association) Convention and Exposition which was held in downtown Austin, Texas. In between conducting live demonstrations of the directprint.io serverless print management platform and talking to educators and decisionmakers about how cloud print management can revolutionise printing in schools and entire districts, James Gilmore, Head of Product and Design at directprint.io found out more about the new Sharp virtual showroom. Sarah Kochli, Head of Marketing, Toshiba Tec, spends a few minutes checking out what’s new in the world of print. Dan Lancaster, Director, Nuvem Solutions, spent time waiting for the chair lift wisely, reading up on the latest in cloud print management. Our very own Ethan White grabbed a few quiet moments before heading off to the piste to make sure he was up to date with the latest industry developments. directprint.io Marketing Assistant Lisa Matthews, spent a few spare hours exploring downtown Austin, and got this fab pix of her reading the magazine on E 6th Street, in front of one of the city’s most vibrant murals. SAUZE D’OULX, ITALY As reported on page 34, the Kingswood Tech and Media team hosted 40 intrepid skiers in the Italian ski resort of Sauze d’Oulx. Naturally, in between navigating red runs, networking and enjoying the apres ski, the group all took time out to catch up on the latest industry news.
