The winners on the day were: n Nearest to the Pin – Richard Knight, GetCrisp n Nearest to the Pin in 2 shots – Jonathan Sheridan, Converged Comms n Longest Drive – Chris Hodges, Sol Distribution n Team Prize – Chris Hodges, Charles Dickinson, Josh Naylor and Matt De Freece, Sol Distribution, with 88 points n Overall Winner – Chris Hodges, Sol Distribution, with 37 points playing off scratch Everyone is welcome The PrintIT Reseller and Technology Reseller Golf Society is open to players of all standards. The 2023 edition of the popular golf society kicked off at Carden Park Golf Resort on May 11. The 40-strong group played the Nicklaus Course, which was in fantastic condition, albeit with some punishing rough for any shot that was even just a little wayward. The winners on the day were: n Nearest to the Pin on a Par 4 after two shots – Chris Hodges, Sol Distribution n Longest Drive – Will Shaw, Brigantia n Closest to the Pin on a Par 3 – Paul Taylor, Voiceflex n Overall Winner – Graham Sutton, Sol Distribution, with 39 points n Team Prize – Jesse MacPherson, ibml; Stephen McIntyre, Nimans; David Yates, Gigabit Networks and Karl Wilson Round two The second outing of the year took place at Luton Hoo on June 8, with 44 players enjoying 18 holes. Craig Howell, Xelion took home the Nearest to the Pin accolade; Ali Mohsin, 2 Connect earned the Longest Drive award and the Team Prize went to Cloud Geeks – Mike Ianiri, Hernak Singh, Raj Chahal and Daniel Bhatti. Hernak Singh was also named Overall Winner on the day with 40 points. Members of the PrintIT Reseller and Technology Reseller Golf Society have completed three out of four rounds so far.
