Labelling unhealthy foods

If you use your Dymo Letratag only for marking files, folders and possessions, you are not using it to its full potential. 50 years after it launched its first embossing product, Dymo suggests the following improving applications.

If you have suggestions of your own, please email them to jamesg@binfo.co.uk

· Eat healthily. Label unhealthy foods with fat, salt and sugar content so you don’t reach for them when you want a snack!

· Learn a new language. Label objects around the home in a foreign language to improve your vocab.

· Get organised. Use the Letratag to label boxes, folders, files, shelves and cupboards.

· Get fit. Put reminders to do some exercise on the mirror or front door.

· Get out of debt. Keep track of bills by putting them in labelled folders.

· Don’t get into debt. Label credit cards with a ‘DO NOT USE’ sticker.

· Quit drinking. Label bottles of alcohol with their calorie content to make you think twice about knocking back a bottle of wine with every meal!

· Spend more time with family and friends. Leave label memos on calendars as a reminder to call people.

· Recycle more. Put a label on the bin so you think before you throw things out.
