Offce classics
Avery QuickPEEL labels
Advances in business technology in the
last decade have refected consumer
demand for products that help save
time and money. In this context, Avery
QuickPEEL is a great step forward, as it
enables whole columns of labels to be
removed from a backing sheet in one
go.
For smaller mailing tasks, users
still have the option of peeling off
one label at a time.
QuickPEEL is now
available across the entire range of Avery
addressing labels.

The Envirostick Ballpen
The Envirostick Ballpen is an
innovative product in more ways
than one. Its recycled refll is aWorld
First, being made from Ecoallene, a
plastic-like material derived from Tetra
Pak cartons. Together with Tetra Pak,
Lecce Pen has developed a process to
separate the paper layer of a carton
from its aluminium and polyethylene
layers: paper is sent for recycling and
the aluminium and polyethylene are
processed to form Ecoallene. Turning one
ton of Tetra Pak Cartons into Ecoallene is
claimed to avoid 900 Kg of greenhouse
gases and save 3 cubic metres of
material from landfll. The Envirostick
Ballpen itself is made from recycled
polystyrene.

The MagicWhiteboard
Theo's most successful Dragon's Den
investment, the MagicWhiteboard on
a roll uses static to stick to any hard
surface. Creating a whiteboard can be
done in seconds: just tear a sheet from
the roll, smooth it onto a wall and start
writing. After use, the A1 sheet can be
recycled or wiped clean and used again.
MagicWhiteboard recently expanded
the range with a transparent version (the
Magic Clearboard) perfect for windows
and whiteboards; a Magic Blackout
for childrens' bedrooms; and a Magic
Blackboard that works with chalk and
is proving very popular with nurseries,
schools, shops and restaurants.

Stabilo pointVisco rollerball
Winner of an iF Design Award when
launched in 2007, the pointVisco
rollerball is set to repeat the success of
its cousin, the STABILO Point 88. Its key
selling point – aside from the timeless
design – is a super-smooth, fast drying
gel ink, which glides across the page
without smudges or blots. The pen
comes in 10 ink colours and is available
in a practical desk set.

The uni-ball Signo 207
At a time of great concern about
identity theft, the Signo 207 from
uni-ball provides reassurance that your
signature cannot be tampered with.
Unlike the washable dyestuff inks used
in most pens, Signo 207's uni Super Ink
is resistant to light, water, acetone and
bleach. This makes it ideal for use with
important documents that may need to
be kept for a long time.

To coincide with the launch of the offce*
show and the 100th issue of P2P's parent
magazine Business Info, we asked suppliers
to nominate outstanding products from the
last 10 years that no stationery cupboard
should be without. Here are a few of their
suggestions, some old, some new.
