Sharing information between Microsoft 365 apps is a breeze – and they also work with many other apps that I use. monday.com Monday is the main thing that keeps me organised and on top of my work. I use the platform for all kinds of things, like managing projects, tracking tasks, organising portfolios and setting goals. It also connects with Toshiba Tec social media platforms, so I can monitor our marketing campaigns in realtime and get reports. I love data and discovering ways to optimise my workflow, so I’m always looking for new ways to use monday. As the saying goes, ‘work smarter, not harder’. ChatGPT ChatGPT is a fascinating tool and using it in my work really does give me a different perspective on the pros and cons of AI, especially when it comes to how it might affect jobs. I find it a great aid for research, checking facts and coming up with ideas. But I also know that the quality of the insights I get from this tool depends on the quality of the data sources it uses. That said, it’s really efficient for market research purposes: it automates the data collection process and gives me concise information, freeing up time for me to spend on other things. Teams Teams helps me collaborate and share information with people across different departments and locations. It has made our communication much better, because we no longer have to deal with long email chains. We just use Teams chats instead. We have also switched to voice and video calls within Teams, which saves money by reducing our reliance on traditional phone systems. This change alone has made us more productive and engage more with each other. During lockdown, we used other tools to connect with the channel and host webinars.
