Efficient, secure, environmentally friendly and exceptionally versatile, the devices can be tailored to suit each customer’s individual needs. Improve business efficiency Offering print speeds of up to 50 pages per minute, the MFPs have been designed from the outset to improve business efficiency through productive, versatile functionality and exceptional ease of use. One of their highlights is a 10.1in tablet-style user interface, which provides an intuitive way to access functions and instant confirmation of document workflow. The fully customisable UI enables departments to tailor settings and provide easy access to pre-defined workflows, dramatically reducing the time taken to complete regular tasks such as the scanning and filing of invoices. To help customers digitise their operations and support cloud-first/ mobile-first business strategies, the MFPs boast a Dual Sided Document Feeder (DSDF) that can scan both sides of a sheet simultaneously for productive scan speeds of up to 240 images per minute. In addition, all models offer mobile printing as standard, through AirPrint, Mopria Print Service and Google Cloud Print, and easy access to documents in the cloud. This can be done through the Scan-to-Cloud and Cloud Print apps or at MFPs themselves, via direct connections to Microsoft Office 365, Dropbox and Google Drive. GDPR compliance Security is a top priority for Toshiba TEC and its customers, and this is reflected in the design of e-STUDIO2510AC, e-STUDIO5015AC and e-STUDIO5018A devices and in how users interact with them. To help organisations maintain document security and compliance with GDPR, users can make use of optional card, PIN and biometric authentication and additional solutions, such as private print, secure PDF, hardcopy security and pull print. As well as restricting access to devices, these security features make it possible for administrators to track the volume and types of job being produced by each user and for users to maintain document confidentiality by delaying printing until they are at the device and able to collect pages as they are printed. e-STUDIO2510AC, e-STUDIO5015AC & e-STUDIO5018A Series Efficient, secure and environmentally- friendly MFPs Editor’s Choice: PrintIT Reseller Toshiba Secure Hard Disk Drive (HDD) technology, included as standard across the range, provides robust security for all sensitive data residing on the HDD, with 256-bit AES encryption taking place in near real-time. Toshiba Secure HDD will only allow data to be accessed once the system authenticates itself. If authentication fails or the Secure HDD is placed into another device, the encryption key, which is stored on the hard disk drive itself, is automatically deleted. This guarantees that data remains secure even if the Secure HDD is removed from the machine and taken off the premises. Eco-friendly As you would expect, the MFPs comply with leading environmental programmes, such as ENERGY STAR, and come with energy- and paper-saving features, including a low-power super sleep mode and an auto duplex facility, that limit the MFPs’ environmental impact and deliver a lower total cost of ownership.
