Olivetti launches
new Authorised
Partner Logo
Olivetti has created a specific logo
which will differentiate its officially
authorised dealers, in the UK and
Scandinavia, from companies who
claim, falsely, to be authorised to sell non-genuine
Olivetti products, spares and consumables to
unsuspecting customers.
The logo highlights the dynamic and secure relationship
between Olivetti and its authorised dealers, who are
classified into leagues, according to their business levels.
The logo also portrays the fact that this close relationship
protects the brand and keeps it strong in an ever-changing
market place.
Unlike Olivetti’s on-going “Best for Color” Dealer Scheme,
which his only available for a select group of dealers,
supporting colour MFP products, the new Olivetti
Authorised Partner logo is available to all Olivetti’s official
dealers, who are part of the Olivetti Key Partner Dealer
Scheme and can be used in their own marketing to
promote the partnership.
The compact, cloud-connected scanner quickly and simply converts paper
documents into dynamic digital files for distribution and sharing. Easy-
to-use features make it a perfect fit for the business professional in the
office or on the go.
“The SCANMATE i940 Scanner comes standard with smart options that
make it easy for users to collect and manage content. It is a convenient option
for either office use or business travel thanks to a lightweight, space-saving
design,” said BuddWebster, Kodak’s Worldwide Business and Category Director
for Document Imaging.
With speeds of up to 20 pages per minute (in double sided scanning 40
images per minute), and resolutions of up to 600 dpi. it reliably captures
documents in colour, grayscale or black&white. A high-capacity automatic
document feeder can handle a wide variety of media between DIN-A4 and
business cards and features an exclusive hard card feeder.
The i940, an evolution of the award-winning KODAK SCANMATE i920
Scanner, includes both TWAIN and ISIS driver compatibility for easy setup and
integration with users’ existing systems and software programs. The new USB-
powered feature extends the i940’s mobility by allowing users to power the
scanner solely via the USB port on their computer.
Users of the i940 can upload scanned documents to the cloud through
new connectivity to EVERNOTE, BOX.NET, GO-DOCS, and MICROSOFT
SHAREPOINT Server to improve teamwork, and sharing of documents with
colleagues or customers.
