30 01732 759725 What’s the best bit of business advice you’ve been given? When I was just starting out, someone told me: ‘Get your experience on someone else’s dime before starting your own company’. It made me laugh then, but I’ve come to see how smart that advice really was. What would make your day job easier? If I could use AI to take care of the repetitive stuff, I’d have more time for the things where my experience really makes a difference. What’s on your playlist at the moment? My taste in music is a wild mix, but when I’m cycling or running, it’s 90s dance and new dance tracks all the way – nostalgia meets endorphins! What’s the most used app on your phone and why? NU.nl is a Dutch online news platform that publishes news 24/7 and is one of the largest news websites in the Netherlands. It keeps me up-to-date with current events, breaking news, sports, business, general interest. How do you like to spend your spare time? My favourite way to spend my spare time is with my wife and our four daughters, especially when we’re away on holiday together. Fine dining and good wine or curry and a pint? Fine dining for sure. I’m perfectly happy to toast with water instead of wine. Favourite holiday destination? We see the next big opportunity in expanding our collaborations with distributors and continuing to evolve our platform through innovation. Our goal is to give MSP partners the tools to manage DMARC-related tasks faster, smarter and more efficiently than ever before. By constantly pushing the boundaries of what our platform can do, we’re helping MSPs stay ahead in a rapidly changing landscape. What should resellers focus on to maximise growth in the next 12 months? Over the next 12 months, resellers should focus on embracing AI to automate as much of their routine work as possible. By doing so, they can spend more time on what truly drives growth, building relationships with existing clients and winning new business. Our sales and prospecting tools are perfectly designed to support them in that journey. What makes your company stand out from the crowd? It’s smart, scalable and designed by people who truly understand the MSP world. If you could swap your current job for any other what would it be? If I ever decided to leave the IT or consultancy world, I think I’d follow a longtime dream and open my own restaurant. I’d start small, learn the ins and outs of the business, and then slowly build it into a network of franchises. It’s something that combines creativity, hard work and a love of bringing people together; all things I really enjoy. Which business leader do you most admire and why? I’ve always admired Steve Jobs for the vision, creativity and drive it took to build one of the biggest tech companies in the world. What really impresses me is the relentless focus on quality and user experience that defined everything Apple produced. With its intuitive multi-tenant partner dashboard and AI-powered wizards and filtering, DMARC AI simplifies the onboarding, securing and management of multiple clients’ domains and users, while giving clients access to their own environment and reports so that they can see the value of an email security subscription. What have been your business highlights of the last 12 months? Over the past year, we’ve seen exponential growth beyond our home market in the Netherlands, where we’re already the leading DMARC provider for MSPs. The UK has been our fastest-growing market, and we’re only getting started. With tens of thousands of MSPs still to implement DMARC, there’s enormous potential ahead, and we’re ready to build on that momentum. What is currently having the greatest impact on your business? AI is having a transformative impact on our business. We’re harnessing it to make our internal processes more efficient, accelerate the evolution of our solution and strengthen the way we support our partners. It’s helping us innovate faster and deliver even more value across the board. From a product persepective, AI was part of our plan from the start. When we began developing our DMARC management solution six years ago, we quickly realised that only AI could manage the complexity and sheer volume of DMARC data effectively.
