Microsoft presents the biggest opportunity, with value-added applications on Microsoft Teams, such as analytics and recording, being critical to service providers’ portfolios. Analytics is in demand and an expectation of end users. The acceleration of Microsoft Teams Phone adoption means providers must offer customer interaction analytics, customer engagement insights and recording compliance solutions that are as good as those available on other UCaaS platforms.
