All we ask is that you use a business email – personal email addresses (Hotmail, yahoo etc.) will not be counted. Distributors aren’t allowed to vote for themselves, but they can of course canvass for votes from their vendors and channel partners. In fact, we would encourage them to start doing so now. Voting closes at 5pm on April 26, 2024, with the winners to be announced at the Technology Reseller Awards ceremony at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London on May 23. Reseller & Vendor Awards As much as the Technology Reseller Awards 2024 are about highlighting the contributions of distributors, they also about celebrating your own successes and achievements over the last 12 months – and those of your colleagues. The awards are free to enter online at www.trawards.co.uk and there is no limit to the number of categories Voting for the Distributor Award categories is now open. Decided by the number of votes received, these awards give you, the MSP, reseller, ISV or vendor, the opportunity to recognise the distributors that over the last 12 months have made a real difference to your business. Distributors continue to play a vital role in the technology ecosystem, enabling vendors to expand their market reach and break into new geographies and helping resellers and MSPs to develop new market opportunities and provide high levels of customer service. The Technology Reseller Awards 2024 are your chance to show your appreciation of any distributor that has really helped you over the last year, whether by consistently delivering excellence in pricing, stock, delivery, customer service and technical support; by offering a wide range of innovative products, solutions and services; by always going the extra mile to help you win new business or reach new customers; or simply by making your job easier or more enjoyable in any other way. There are six Distributor Award categories: n Cyber Security Distributor of the Year n SaaS/Software Distributor of the Year you can enter before the deadline of March 15. We have made a number of changes to entry criteria this year, so please go online and look at the requirements before writing your submission(s). Two worth pointing out are the now expanded word count of 750-800 words, which should give you enough space to highlight your achievements, and new rules around supporting material. We are still inviting supporting documents with submissions, such as customer testimonials. However, last year we received so many PDFs, Word files and videos that the judges were overwhelmed. This year, supporting documentation will be referred to only in the case of a tie, so any important information should be included in your actual entry. There you will also find more details on what the judges are looking for to help you craft an entry that ticks all the boxes. The deadline of March 15 is now less than two months away.
