In the 2022 calendar year Kingsfield increased turnover by 231%, from £6.19 million to £20.47 million. Growth has been driven by the company’s success in securing places on three new frameworks. These include the Total Technology Solutions (NOE.0552) Framework, worth £1.5 billion, which will enable it to offer a range of IT solutions to NHS Trusts across the country. The acquisition will add 35% to FluidOne’s annual revenues and increase the proportion of its business represented by IT infrastructure, IT managed services, IT cloud services and cyber security services to nearly 50%. Highlander’s offering builds on that of Marathon Information Technology Services, acquired by FluidOne last May, which focuses on cloud transformation, modern workplace, security and contact centre services for the mid-market and enterprises.
