Mohsin says he is particularly excited about the 2C CC offering: a) because the contact centre marketplace is so marginrich; and b) because he feels INOVO has qualities that will enable it to standout in the UK market. “We were already aware of the great work INOVO had done with some of our joint customers outside the UK – some of the conglomerates who took international connectivity from us.
