01732 759725 16 NEWS : RESELLERS Julian Box Don Valentine David Silous-Holt Calligo, the Jersey-headquartered end- to-end managed data services provider, has announced two more acquisitions to follow two it made at the start of the year. Its third and fourth acquisitions of 2020, and its eighth and ninth in the last three years, are UK MSP Network Integrity Systems – Calligo’s first acquisition in the UK – and Cinnte Technologies, a Cavan- and Dublin-based MSP. Both companies specialise in managed IT, cloud and security services. The acquisition of Network Integrity Systems, which has locations in Manchester, Birmingham, Leicester and Hemel Hempstead, gives Calligo a local presence in the UK, following a significant expansion of its footprint in the Republic of Ireland. This year alone, it has acquired three Irish MSPs: Cinnte Technologies in November; Dublin- and Cork-based Itomic Voice & Data in June; and Dublin-based DC Networks in January. Calligo offers a range of managed data services designed to make customers’ data more available, secure and safe, including privacy- and security-centric IT managed services; the world’s first public cloud platform to have been designed with privacy at its heart; data privacy adherence services; and enterprise-level, ‘privacy by design’ machine learning services and tools. www.calligo.io Calligo makes first UK acquisition Xmas hero IT specialist Blue Orange is supporting an international campaign to help those in need by donating the £4,000 it would have spent on a Christmas party to Xmas Party Heroes instead.
