In total, staff raised £2,487.30 for Naomi House & Jacksplace (bringing the total raised by Exertis to £141,587.22 since it started supporting the charity in 2010); £1,320 for Derian House Children’s Hospice; £1,700 for the Meningitis Research Foundation (MRF); £3,477.76 for Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice; and £3,672.80 for Accuro. The Exertis ‘UPGRADE’ programme is an 18-month internal trainee management programme linked to a Level 3 apprenticeship in leadership and management. ISH is the cybersecurity expert for Munich Airport and brings expertise from this role into its education programmes. The agreement will enable Tech Data customers to access training on an ongoing basis through the Tech Data Academy IT training portal and practise their cybersecurity technical skills in simulated cyberattacks. ISH cybersecurity courses cover a range of topics including incident detection, analysis and response, business continuity management and information security management. David Ellis, Tech Data vice president, security and mobility solutions, Europe, said: “The training and education programs we are developing with ISH allow partners and end-customers to experience a simulated cyberattack and provide a safe space to hone their skills.
