CSI estimates that up to 80% of IBM i workloads still run on-premises because the IBM i applications running mission-critical business operations are written in older coding languages and the skills required to rewrite the underlying code are now rare. Fresche Solutions’ X-Analysis suite provides everything needed to extract business rules, audit code and modernise IBM i applications. Once this has been done, CSI can migrate IBM i workloads to its private cloud offering, CSI PowerCloud, no matter what platform they currently sit on. Mark Vargo, CSI Chief Technology Officer, said: “Our single aim is to drive the performance of our clients’ businesses forward no matter what applications they are using. This partnership will allow complex IBM i applications to be modernised so that they can be transferred to the CSI PowerCloud, allowing them to connect to all their other clouds to accelerate their digital transformation.” www.yourperpetualedge.com The perfect partner OneLogin, the leader in Unified Access Management, has announced a systems integration partnership with Atlas Identity, an independent, UK-based consultancy specialising in cloud-based identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
