What’s New Bringing it all back home Polycom has announced the availability of the Polycom Device Management Service for Service Providers (PDMS-SP). This cloud service simplifies provisioning, management and troubleshooting by enabling service providers to integrate Polycom audio device management and analytics into their own processes and dashboards. Using an API to be released by Polycom, service providers can customise the services and analytics they bring into their portals.
