O’Neill is a senior IT leader with over 25 years’ experience of IT transformation and service delivery, having restructured IT service teams and embedded SLA management and ITIL processes. Joining Exertis from the Odeon Cinema Group, O’Neill was responsible for all aspects of IT service delivery keeping cinemas and offices across the UK&I fully operational and able to trade 24x7. He will be responsible for leading the company’s worldwide sales organisation including sales engineering, sales operations, inside sales, OEM sales, and channel sales. Delfino brings more than 20 years of global sales experience, having led software sales and system engineering teams at multiple technology and software companies. Most recently, he was Chief Revenue Officer at Pure Storage, where he was responsible for leading and growing the sales organisation while developing differentiated go-to-market strategies. In his new role, Mulvihill will be responsible for managing SYNAXON UK’s growing vendor and distributor portfolio, which includes major names such as Lenovo, Microsoft, HP, Dell, and APC. He brings two decades of experience working in distribution and reseller procurement, and joins the channel services group from PC gaming systems specialist, Overclockers, where he spent the last three years as Purchasing Manager.
