TA, together with the Netwrix executive management team, plan to accelerate Netwrix’s growth as the company aims to expand its portfolio of easy-to-use data security solutions to its customers globally. Members of Netwrix senior management and existing Netwrix investor Updata Partners, will invest alongside TA, and will maintain a significant equity interest in the company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. “Netwrix is thrilled to be working alongside TA as we enter our next phase of growth,” said CEO Steve Dickson. “The partnership will provide Netwrix access to TA’s global add- on acquisition origination and integration capabilities and deep experience in the security and horizontal application software markets, which we believe will position us for substantial organic and inorganic growth.” www.netwrix.com Nutanix University launches next- generation certifications Nutanix has announced the launch of its extended multi- level certification programme, designed to enable the skills and knowledge needed to successfully implement, manage, optimise and scale Nutanix multi-product software. The new programme provides certifications across four skill levels and six new technology tracks to better meet participants’ current and future career goals. In addition to the three current skill levels of Nutanix certifications – professional (NCP), master (NCM), and expert (NPX) – the expanded offering will now include an associate certification (NCA), a foundational programme for building a career in multi-cloud technology. Nutanix is also releasing a new training course to help participants prepare for the NCA certification exam, titled Nutanix hybrid cloud fundamentals. The course will cover the products, capabilities, and technologies that form the foundation of Nutanix’s hybrid cloud solution.
