My Versalink c505 printer is great for scanning and printing off documents that I need hard copy of. It’s ConnectKey enabled, which means I can print straight from my smartphone or laptop. It’s also quiet, but a real workhorse that produces excellent quality print and doesn’t take up too much room in my home office. 4 Social Media I use social media every day to keep up to date with the latest news and to stay connected with people in the industry. I mainly use Twitter, LinkedIn & LinkedIn Elevate. On Twitter I follow a variety of different individuals, groups and get some great feeds. Internally, we also use Yammer at Xerox which is great for shooting up team members with quick questions, getting help and advice and sharing files. I also get daily feeds from the main industry publications, including PrintIT Reseller . 5 Apps I use the ConnectKey app to connect to my Xerox printer, which makes it easy to access my cloud account to check my printer settings, jobs status and print straight from the app. I run a lot of workshops and meetings both internally and externally, which I use Slido for to interact with my audience using the live Q&A feature to get instant feedback and insights. Also great for when I have meetings is CapturePoint plus that extends print and scan functions to Cisco SPARK meeting rooms. I travel a lot to meet our partners and use apps regularly to make sure my journey is a smooth as possible. Waze complements my in-car sat nav and helps me avoid traffic jams, whilst I’d be lost around new towns and cities without Google Maps. 6 My car I spend a lot of time with our partners up and down the country. Where locations allow, I travel by train but sometimes multiple meetings in a day across multiple locations means that my car is essential. Thankfully I don’t mind driving! 7 My team I have a skilled, experienced, and highly motivated and committed team. They really are dedicated and hard-working professionals that make a difference every day. I simply couldn’t do the job without them. 8 Our partners We have a fantastic array of diverse partners who do such a great job taking our Xerox offerings to market. My android smartphone is my go-to device for my calendar, emails, and social networking – if I lost this, it would be akin to having my right arm chopped off! 2 My laptop As with my smartphone, I’d be completely lost without my laptop. I use it every day, either in the office or on the go in remote locations. On top of emails, calendar and Microsoft Office, I use my laptop to access Cisco Webex. Virtual meetings have become an integral part of how I connect with partners, suppliers and colleagues and Webex is crucial for connecting with people from all around the globe.
