Quite simply, I don’t want any of my competitors to benefit from the outstanding level of service and knowledge James has about my industry, and his ability to locate quality candidates, that fit into our business. James goes above and beyond when it comes to understanding the culture of a business, and then being able to match a prospective candidate to the particular work environment. His knowledge, gained from working in the MPS industry for many years, gives him great insight into being able to recognise the qualities of candidates, and then finding them suitable roles in like-minded business. Recently as a business we have started to use Field Solutions Group when recruiting new members of staff.
