PRINT IT RESELLER.UK 7 BULLETIN Significant cost savings A managed print solution provided by UTAX partner Temple Knight, has enabled Galliard Homes to achieve an estimated £20,000 saving within the first year. The company provided 61 UTAX devices across 30 plus sites, introduced UTAX Fleet Services (U.FS) , a cloud based solution designed for remote management and maintenance on UTAX devices, as well as MyQ print management software. U.FS has eased administration workload as the software automatically monitors toner levels in the machines and removes the requirement to manually place toner orders. The MyQ PIN release software, alongside the secure print function, has enabled Galliard Homes to work towards its GDPR goals, whilst allowing staff to pull work from any printer located in any office, by simply entering their unique user PIN. www.temple-knight.co.uk ABC attempts to break world record Staff at ABC Managed Services have accepted The Three Peaks Challenge. Two teams will scale the highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales in support of the incredible work done by The Donna Louise Children’s Hospice. The challenge involves walking 23 miles (37 km), whilst climbing up a total height of 10,052 feet (3,064 metres). The record for completing the climb and the drive between is 14 hours and 36 minutes. One of Ricoh’s oldest channel partners, Abbey, which has offices in Cheltenham and Newport, South Wales, has been supporting clients in the south west and Wales for almost three decades. Vision CEO Philip Bond, said: “This latest deal is a crucial part of our growth strategy.
