In this newly created role, Johnson will manage the development and implementation of marketing strategies for Memjet and its OEM partners, and will oversee product development, competitive analysis and strategic planning. Johnson will be responsible for providing market feedback that guides the development and adoption of Memjet’s DuraLink technology. He will also work closely with OEM partners and develop market strategies for creating and deploying DuraLink-powered presses that serve the packaging, commercial and industrial printing markets. www.memjet.com Ascom appoints trio of channel managers Workflow technology solutions provider Ascom has hired three channel managers to help the company reach new market areas in the UK. Mike Bennett joins as Channel Manager for the Midlands. He has worked extensively with Ascom’s key enterprise markets, having previously held account management roles at Ruckus, Aruba and ISG Technology. Lloyd Harrington who brings a background in trade Wi-Fi distribution for firms including Xirrus, VCW Security and Horsebridge Network Systems, has been appointed Channel Manager for enterprise markets including hospitality, industry and retail. Monistere has been named IBML’s Chief Operating Officer. Monistere brings with him more than 29 years of executive management experience at information technology companies. He was previously Senior Vice President and General Manager at C-Spire where he was responsible for developing and executing short and long-term plans in collaboration with the company’s executive teams. Thorne’s role will focus on enhancing and developing client support with Doherty’s mid-market sector utilising his vast experience and specialism in working with clients that outsource. Rod McCarthy takes on the additional role of Managing Director for Exertis services business in the UK and Ireland with a remit to expand those capabilities on a global basis.
