ABBYY has become an M-Files Certified Application Partner (CAP) following the release of its FlexiCapture Connector for M-Files. The connector seamlessly integrates ABBYY’s intelligent data extraction and recognition capabilities with M-Files intelligent information management solution to fully automate end-to- end business solutions, like accounts payable invoice automation. The CAP program recognises partners who have received certification and provides support and assistance to develop and market business applications leveraging the M-Files intelligent information management platform. The strengthened alliance makes it easier to integrate ABBYY’s Capture-as-a-Service functionality into M-Files, enabling users to take advantage of their classification, extraction, and transformation services at any point in a document’s lifecycle. www.abbyy.com Epson prepares for new technology showcase Epson has revealed that it will use The Print Show 2019 to demonstrate new technology in the UK for the first time. Among the technology on the Epson stand this year will be the new bulk ink system for the SureSolor S series eco-solvent printer, which Epson says will deliver significant productivity gains and enhanced profitability for volume users. Also being showcased for the first time in the UK at the show this September will be the EcoTex synthetic leather print solution, utilising the SureColor S60600 printer. Alongside this new kit, Epson will be demonstrating a number of its established solutions, including its full portfolio of SureColor large-format printer models, as it seeks to appeal to visitors from a wide range of backgrounds.
