In a regulatory filing the company stated that the move is aimed at attaining greater strategic, operational as well as financial flexibility and does not involve any change in operations, directors and executive officers. www.xerox.com Kyocera strengthens credentials in the public sector In partnership with Bramble Hub, Kyocera Document Solutions has been appointed to the Government’s Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Data & Application Services (DAS) framework – RM3821. Designed by CCS to meet public sector requirements for software, services and ancillary hardware, the new framework is awarded for an initial two years with the option to extend to a maximum of four years. Barracuda has grown its international MSP partner base nearly 300% over the past two years, and the number of MSPs using multiple Barracuda solutions increased 34% year-over-year. The company has also recently acquired Managed Workplace, the remote monitoring and management (RMM) product line of Avast. Managed Workplace delivers an RMM platform with included security tools and services, such as site security assessments, Office 365 account management, and integrated third-party antivirus.
