Mind believe that with the right support and resources anyone can create a life that feels meaningful. The 250+ staff located at head office in Diss, launched the new partnership by raising £258 for the charity. As well as a bake sale, staff members rode exercise bikes and rowing machines which included individual challenges throughout the day. The aim was to highlight the positive affect that physical exercise can have on a person’s mental health.
