Bale joins from the Coop where, as Head of Investment Appraisal and Transformation Finance, he played a pivotal role in supporting the company with their largest transformation programmes. Prior to that, he worked for 11 years at Ernst and Young helping corporates, their owners and lenders to improve performance and liquidity. Hinds will have responsibility for the finance, purchasing, IT, logistics and customer services functions.
