Bale joins from the Coop where, as Head of Investment Appraisal and Transformation Finance, he played a pivotal role in supporting the company with their largest transformation programmes. Prior to that, he worked for 11 years at Ernst and Young helping corporates, their owners and lenders to improve performance and liquidity. Reporting to Gerry O’Keeffe, Exertis International, Managing Director, in this role, Bale will be responsible for leading operational and financial best practice across Exertis in Europe. www.exertis.co.uk Hinds steps up at Exertis Richard Hinds has been promoted to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer, reporting to Paul Bryan, Exertis UK & I Managing Director. Hinds will have responsibility for the finance, purchasing, IT, logistics and customer services functions. He was previously group finance director for Exertis UK & I. “Richard has created an excellent finance function in the last three years and I am confident that he can replicate his achievements in the added areas of responsibilities that he now has taken on in this new role. Ng has held various executive roles with increasing responsibility during his 18-year tenure with RSA.
