Managing Director, Julian Stafford, said: “We actually got to know the club because one of our ex-employees plays for them, their passion for the game really shines through. Silver award winners must meet varied criteria, such as; employ at least one individual from the armed forces community, actively ensure that their workforce is aware of their positive policies, demonstrate support to mobilisations of reservists and provide at least five days additional leave for training. CEO Clive Hamilton will be formally presented with a certificate at the prestigious 2018 Armed Forces in Wales and ERS Silver Awards Ceremony at St Fagans in November. The Rt.
