PRINTIT AWARDS 22 01732 759725 PrintIT Awards 2026 It’s been a busy start to the year, planning and preparing to launch the 2026 PrintIT Awards in May. We’ve introduced a few changes this year, included some new categories and updated some of the entry criteria. Here’s a first look at the 2026 awards line-up Each category is designed to recognise and reward the people and companies in our sector across six distinct award classifications – corporate awards, reseller awards, people awards, product and solution awards, specialist PrintIT Awards, as well as two special categories which are not entry-based - Industry Leader of the Year and the Judges’ Special Award. There are 24 award categories that you can enter this year – so there’s definitely something for everyone. We’ve also included five voting categories and we’d encourage you to vote for your favourite A3 MFP Vendor of the Year, A4 Printer/MFP Vendor of the Year, Hardware Distributor of the Year, EOS Distributor of the Year and Finance & Leasing Provider of the Year when you submit your entries. New for 2026 There are four new categories for 2026, The PrintIT Award for Sustainable Product Design recognises innovation that reduces environmental impact across the entire lifecycle, from materials and manufacturing to energy use, longevity and end-of-life circularity. The PrintIT Award for Channel Enablement celebrates vendors giving resellers the confidence, capability and support, to grow, differentiate and win in adjacent areas such as IT services, telecommunications, AV, meeting room technologies, digital transformation and more. We’re also proud to introduce a new people award - Engineer of the Year, shining a spotlight on the technical excellence and dedication that keeps our sector moving forward. Finally, the Community Achievement Award honours organisations across the print industry who have made a meaningful, positive impact on their communities through charitable initiatives, outreach programmes, philanthropy or social value activities. And finally, we have refreshed the entry criteria for several other categories so be sure to read what’s required carefully before drafting your entries.
