Print IT Reseller - issue 137

Our awards team are busy planning and preparing to launch this year’s edition of the PrintIT Awards. We will be introducing a few changes this year, including some new categories and updated entry criteria, but you’ll have to wait a little bit longer for the big reveal of the 2026 categories. The judging process for the PrintIT Awards is intentionally rigorous, designed to ensure fairness, credibility and genuine industry recognition. All entries are evaluated by an independent panel of specialists, handpicked by us based on their knowledge and experience of the marketplace. Before we officially open this year’s awards, I thought it would be useful to explain how the judging process works – see page 22. AI is driving change across the print and IT channel, enabling smarter workflows, predictive maintenance, data-driven intelligence, and more. In this month’s VOX POP feature, we hear directly from leading industry players on how AI is being applied today and where it’s headed next – page 40. Also in this issue, Mandy Lewis, Head of Marketing at Xenith Group, picks the work tools she uses every day and couldn’t do her job without (page 18). This month’s Q&A is with Phil Johnson, Managing Director, Archway Business Solutions, and PITR spent 60 seconds with Alex Rollo, Technical Customer Success Manager, PaperCut Software.
