I joined Managed Print Solutions in March 2024. I came from a leasing background but as I hadn’t worked in the print industry previously, I wasn’t sure what I was taking on. However, our director John Rivett-Carnac’s enthusiasm and energy was infectious. As is his integrity, moral standing in business and customer focussed attitude, all of which really resonated with my values and I’m really happy I took the leap. What do you most enjoy about your job? I love the varied nature of my role at Managed Print Solutions. I get involved in most things and love to see our customers happy that they decided to join us, and of course I love the feeling of satisfaction when things run smoothly. My absolute favourite part of working for Managed Print Solutions is being a part of the company’s growth phase and helping it to grow and expand. What’s the best bit of business advice you’ve been given? I’m not sure if this qualifies as business advice, but I would say: “Amazing things happen when you’re in the right environment with the right people.” What would make your day job easier?
