01732 759725 16 BULLETIN : PEOPLE Xerox unveils postLexmark acquisition leadership team As part of Xerox’s acquisition of Lexmark, it has announced that two distinguished Lexmark executives will join its Executive Committee at the close of the acquisition. The incoming Executive Committee members are Billy Spears, Chief Product Development & Delivery Officer and Chuck Butler, Chief Business Services Officer. Both bring deep industry expertise to Xerox and will play a critical role in shaping the future combined company as it integrates Lexmark’s imaging solutions and technologies into its portfolio. Barry Sales is the most recent addition to the Exertis consumer leadership team, joining as Business Development Director and reporting directly to Jon Sutherland, Managing Director of Exertis Consumer. Existing Xbox and Gaming General Manager, Gemma Walters, has now been promoted into a new Head of Gaming role reporting to Barry Sales. Rachel Town has joined the business to take over Walters’ previous role, responsible for Xbox, gaming and software, and reports to Stephen Duke, Sales and Commercial Director. Neil Cartwright has also been appointed Business Manager responsible for software and digital and will report to Rachel Town.
