The interactive displays are part of the broader collaboration portfolio family, including the Sharp LB Series (Business) and Sharp LC Series (Classroom) displays. With its comprehensive feature set, the LA Series (Advanced) is ideally suited for global organisations across various industries. The Sharp LA Series collaboration models are designed to ensure the highest IT security standards while promoting productivity in hybrid meeting scenarios. An Intel SDM slot expands the display’s customisation options and enables seamless integration with corporate IT systems. Using the optional SDM-L Slot-in PC Collaboration, users benefit from pre-installed features such as the new Sharp Meeting Launcher for quick access to preferred applications and VC platforms, the FlatFrog Board collaborative whiteboarding software, and AirServer for wireless screen sharing. In addition, users can securely connect their own notebooks via USB-C for maximum versatility in hybrid meetings and spontaneous collaborative interactions. Furthermore, the LA Series is designed to help users reduce power consumption and work with the displays more sustainably. Energy savings can be achieved with the built-in eco-sensors like the motion sensor that turns the displays on or off when people are entering or leaving a room. In addition, the brightness sensor automatically controls the display’s brightness with respect to the current usage and external brightness. Local dimming contributes to a reduction in backlight power consumption by 25% on average. www.sharpnecdisplays.eu Focus On: What’s New PaperCut Hive (cloud) dashboards Intuitive Business Intelligence has launched its new Intuitive for PaperCut Hive (cloud) dashboards. The new Intuitive for PaperCut Hive (cloud) dashboards are pre-integrated meaning that users will be up and running within hours with interactive views of their print, scan and copy usage and are securely hosted in Microsoft’s Azure cloud infrastructure. This eliminates the need for on-premise installation or additional hardware and provides a hassle-free integration experience, with all set up being taken care of by Intuitive. The cloud solution includes a series of pre-configured dashboards as standard including: a high level overview of the top 20 users and printers, number of users, total pages; top 100 documents; user analysis dashboards which provide a detailed view of job-level activities per user over the last 30 days; printer analysis which shows details on the print estate, printer usage and activity; a summary of scan activity that can be analysed by scan destination; and a detailed daily/weekly view of daily printing including colour consumption, and top jobs by volume. CEO Roger Stocker said: “Our new dashboards for PaperCut Hive represent a massive leap forward for Intuitive, allowing us to provide rapid, seamless, and enhanced data visibility.” https://weareintuitive.com Automated printing for thousands of apps ezeep Blue has been integrated into the Make automation solution. The range comprises the DU7099Z, DU7199Z and DU7299Z, each offering varying levels of brightness. The DU7000 series is capable of maintenance-free operation for up to 30,000 hours with stable and constant brightness and has an IP6X sealed engine design. This makes it ideally suited to large venues - such as auditoriums, lecture halls and sports arenas – as well as the rental and staging markets. The DU7000 series provides high brightness of up to 9,600 lumens, high 3,000,000:1 contrast ratio and features great colour uniformity with vivid colour technology. The new projectors also mark a shift away from manual lenses, with support for up to nine motorised lenses, including a new short-throw lens 0.47-0.50 up to 5.3-8.20 for tight installation spaces. Compared to the previous generation of models, the DU7000 series offers power consumption savings of up to 45%, while its laser light source is good for 30,000 hours of operation in eco mode with continuous 24/7 operation. With built-in colour sensor technology, the projectors can automatically adjust the lighting to maintain constant and stable brightness over long periods of time. www.vivitek.eu
