Barber, who has over two decades of experience at Zen, will be responsible for the strategic development of Zen’s portfolio and the overarching marketing strategy for the business. Reporting directly into Barber, Rogers will be responsible for creating and implementing Zen’s marketing strategies targeted at new customer acquisition and at the growing installed base of existing customers. Thomas Valjak will succeed Hudson as Lexmark Vice President and General Manager, EMEA. Valjak currently serves on the EMEA leadership team as Vice President of Sales for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and prior to that he was Lexmark’s Vice President for Channel EMEA.
