Xerox launched 18 new colour devices in 2007 and saw the number of colour pages printed on its devices increase by more than 10 billion to 40 billion pages.

About 13% of all pages printed on Xerox devices are now colour. Revenue from colour now accounts for 39% of Xerox’s total. At Xerox’s annual investor conference in November, Xerox chairman and chief executive officer Anne M. Mulcahy predicted that within five years, 23% of all digital pages printed would be colour, accounting for 50% of the printing industry’s revenues.
