Polycom is bringing the benefits of ‘true-to-life’ conferencing to middle managers with the launch of a smaller telepresence solution.

The Polycom Telepresence Experience High Definition (TPX HD) is made up of three, 60-inch HD plasma displays encased in a video wall (with the video conferencing technology, cameras and stereo system); a conference table that positions six people on camera; 360-degree ceiling microphones; and a touch-screen control system.

All the elements combine to deliver a lifelike audio-visual experience that makes people feel as though they are sitting across the table from co-workers, partners and customers in other locations

The TPX HD provides interoperability with the Polycom RealPresence Experience (RPX) immersive telepresence solution and the millions of desktop and conference room video endpoints in use around the world.
